pickled pickles

So on every single modpack I try it pops up with an "error" that states "error dowloading file for the following modpack:" and then it states the modpack... Then it says "Failed to download" then it gives an IP address Then it states "Please consult modpack author" If anyone has even an idea of how to fix this please reply... I'm so confused
