So I need to contact he who made the modpack? The strange thing is that it works for my brother but not for me

Hi! First I'm new here so I don't know if I post it wrong, and if I post in wrong I'm sorry. Me and my brother saw this modpack and ye we tryed to install it but it works fine for my brother:) But when I copy the modpack link and paste it in the add modpack thing this Error came up when I start it and I don't know what is wrong pleace help me! <3 Screenshot on the problem : '> and ye I have tryd to re install it a couple of times..
