I can connect by typing in :Localhost as the IP but no1 Else can connect to it

I tested to host a Crazycraft server today and it didnt work (same issue). So apparently i CAN'T host ANY modded servers ;( ;( ;( I really need help! Does any1 might know what's going on? I have reinstalled java and portforwarded again and it still doesn't work.

When i want to find out my IP I go to whatsmyip.org and copy that IP that is displayed on the sitand then i send it to my mates over skype. And please add me on skype so we chat easyer. skype name: erdraken

I have portforwarded 25565 and i know that i did it right, I have owned about 6 servers with different modpacks. And i havent changer the port in server.properties Please add me on skype: erdraken

This is what happens 1: I start aotB 2: I start my server by clicking: Launch 3: I go into multiplayer and types in my IP 4: Then right below the name it says : Can't reach server. Please help me
