I don't know what you mean by Forge, but i do assume you mean MC as in Minecraft....

So I was wondering if it is possible to add mods to a server that is existing server? I'm looking to add some mods from Tekkit Classical to the current Tekkit. Is this feasible to do without a current server and not messing it up?

So I guess im having a new problem, I keep getting about halfway through and it will crash while trying to set up the server. Ideas? I'll see if I can find the crash logs.

Actually, I found the tekkit.jar, my roommate was telling me to just run the batch file which always seemed off, im trying it now and i'll be back if there are anymore problems. THANK YOU SIR. On a side note what is the one that I am always supposed to launch after the server gets running? tekkit jar or launch bat?

the launch.bat? I thought I had done that before and it didn't work, and there is no tekkit jar until I actually make the server

So my friends and I want to play tekkit since we all play it, just usually not together, so we've finally decided to create one and we were playing for a few hours before we noticed that nothing from the mods were actually there. Couldn't created modded items, nothing from the mods were in there whatsoever. I was just curious what I am doing wrong to not have everything load in. I assume that I am doing something wrong I am just not quite sure what it is exactly that I am doing wrong. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Sorry if this is in the wrong thread, I will move and remove it if it belongs somewhere else. Thanks! Sam.

I am literally having this exact problem. It's just the Tekkit server and nothing from the mods actually load into the server, works fine in singleplayer so it's something with the server itself. I'll keep my attention here, anywhere else I should look for this since this guy is having the same exact problem?
