I incremented the version from 1.0.7 to 1.1.0, but nothing changed...

Hi guys, I've this problem with the launcher: I create a personal modpack with forge 1.6.4 and some mods, I made the file .rar with bin, mods and config, I uploaded it with dropbox and google drive and I copied the link in my modpack settings; but when I start the download with the Technic Launcher it says "Error downloading file for the following modpack: Malrus' Modpack failet do download [link] Please consult the modpack author." What could I do to resolve this issue? Any clues? Sorry for my bad english
