I have problem with combustion engine... I tried pump and Aqueous Accumulator, I also tried filling tank then extracring water from tanks to combustion engine with redstone engines and all of this methods works until engine is full of water and pipes are full of water... Then engine will works 10 mins and then engine will spend all water and combustion engine won't anymore receive water from golden waterproof pipes... Here is some pics...
Why engines won't fill up with new water from pump / Aqueous Accumulator / tank?
