You guys know how tekkit and hexxit have those cool effects with thethunder and the moving creeper with the helmet? Well I am making a modpack and I was wondering if it is possible for me to do something like that on my pack background. If you guys know how it would be greatly apreciated if you would fill me with insight. Thanks!
