just downloaded technic pack not able to play any pack

i keep getting this message: failed to download http://resources.download.minecraft.net/63/63bbe3921abd75b9f6cd1e20330360d164da169b please consult modpack author for any of the packs when i try to play them how do i fix this? im new to tekkit so i dont know much about it
