yea i did update it but its like 3 days ago maybe? and it was still working in last few days

i have played a map for about a week, and then all of sudden, i cant loan in the map today, it takes 30minus but still cant load the map, its frozen at the screen of ''loading world'' and i tried to open it again, it doesnt work at well, i tried to open a new world but its totally fine to play, so can anyone help me and explain what happened on my old map??please

i cant load in the Ultra Modded survive with unknown reason, its frozen when its loading and i did some research on google someone said it will be sorted if i change my memory to higher ram. about 2GB or above at least. but in my launcher, there are only 512mb 728 mb and 1GB it also happens on most of the big mod packs pleassee help me!!
