Whenever I try to open Hexxit when it crashed for the first time, it said there was an error trying to delete the damage indicators mod, so I tried to do it manually. When I tried to do that, it wouldn't let me delete it. Eventually I tried to delete the technic launcher itself and the .technic file, but it won't let me do that either! Can someone please help?

I can't get my server to work! When I try to open the launch.bat, it tell just tells me to hit any button to continue and closes it. I tried to re install Java, but it still won't work! Can someone help?
