Why does my Game crash when i attempt to join a server.

I actually found out I can not log into a singleplayer world either it just shuts down my entire game I really need help it just randomely happened, but I think it has to do with my mods not loading or something because I get a lot of [ERROR] Messages when I look in my console please help me with this : -
When I attempt to join any server on the 1.0.12 (recommended) version my mojang screen loads and I get in and I can join a singleplayer world, but when I try to join a multiplayer world my game crashes and I get the error message: [b#439] AL lib: (EE) alc_cleanup: 1 device not closed Thanks for responding if you do really need the help.
