anyone know what im talking about -.- ex. build a 9x9 pit and box it to fill up oil lava or water?

Is it possible to make a homemade tank instead of using the tanks ingame?

I have my quarry set up default style and got a engine combustion setup with oil in it facing towards the quarry box just like the videos show how to set it up but the damn thing doesn't move. When I clear a block it moves to the next one and just stops again....what am i doing wrong?

This is a private server so its just me and my friends. So pretty much everything should be in working condition and I also have the latest java which i believe is 7 and I have installed the Advanced Machinery plugin in my plugins...now i dont know about the config file which this is what it has (everything below). Any idea how to get advanced machines to work cause everytime i try to make a rotary macerator or centerfuige extractor i end up disconnecting from server. Everything else is fine except for these items. Please help
