DragonV2.0

ive been trying to set up a tekkit server but im having a problem: once downloaded and extracted i duolbe click onto the .jar file to start up the server, it creates several files but for the rest nothing happens... ive looked around and could not see any simular threads anyone know what im doing wrong?
