No matter what command I try to type in it says "unknown command". Simple things like /op [player name] will not be recognized. Tekkit Classic is the only server I'm having this trouble with. I have the latest server file. I deleted and re-installed it, but it hasn't helped. Then when I join the game it'll be fine for a few minutes and then suddenly I can't harvest blocks anymore. They immediately reappear and lag is not the cause. Relogging doesn't help. Any ideas?

Is anyone else having a problem with basalt not spawning? I've been searching for two days with no luck. There's marble everywhere, but no basalt. I know it spawns deep at 26 or below, but I've spent hours searching and I'm coming up empty.
