I have followed a step-by-step video on running an old Tekkit server that followed the same concept as running a 2.1.1 server: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xJaoHUkpqLs As I read over the bugs and crashes that this forum fixes, I followed whatever wasn't fixed in the 2.1.1 update. I double checked everything to make sure it was correct. However when I launch the .bat file, I get this error after it loads a few mods. I was wondering if anybody knew what the problem was? I'm not very tech savvy so I don't know how to troubleshoot this properly. I'm running the server on windows XP but I'm trying to set up the server for my friend's computer (Vista) because he has absolutely no idea about computers. EDIT: I got it to work by removing the AdvancedMachines mod. I have never used that mod (but I'm about to go look at it on the MC forums) so I'm not sure if it is a critical mod for Tekkit.
