whenever I join the server, half my world loads, I can temporarily use the chat, but the server restarts. I don't know what could be causing that problem

I'm being told by Diiuas and bdkaine1 that there is an interdiction matrix at spawn. I have a rough idea of who it could have been, but I'm not sure. Diiuas tells me it is underground surrounded by eternal fabric Can you please remove it?

TPPI 2 is due to be out soon, I'm wondering if that would be a better choice given the timeline. It should support 1.7.10 and is just waiting on GregTech and a few other mods to finish their stuff
