I clicked m to open the map and when I click it again to get back off it it just enlarges it. I can move my character but I can only see around te edge of the map is there anything I can do?

Im having trouble finding where I can launch technic from in my folders, can someone help?!

I downloaded technic and its in my folders on my computer. when I am actually on technic and then close the window I cant find how to open technic again. help pls im new
