I understand that the mods won't work because they are all jumbled so i can replace them with the 1.6.4 models but what do i do about the modpack.jar

I Made a mod pack that has a ton of mods called 9GameFreak9's Mod and I am getting the unzip error i was wondering what I could do to fix it but keep all the mods.
