So recently I got technic and installed it on my computer the only problem is that when I am installing ABT its stops downloading at 3-7% which really confuses me. If anyone knows whats happening thanks.

Hey Technic people , basically what is happening is when i click technic.exe it never runs but instead makes my mouse flash forever with the spinning blue loading wheel. I don't know what is causing this however. I removed all viruses and cleaned my computer in general I even got java 64 bit but it still wont run. Any possible solutions to this?
