don't worry the modpack worked already the version needed is Forge 10.13.3.1395

so install forge and rename the file to modpack.jar or to something alse?

i installed winzipper and its still just a rar format with a .zip at the end... i tried to make it a default program but i couldn't press the set as default program button... he was just grayed out
