Technic Launcher wont open when i click on it

FIXED!! I deleted my .technic then uninstalled my Java (both 32 and 64-bit) then went back and downloaded java, after you download the techniclauncher it should ask to download .technic again then all is good from there. Happy troubleshooting friend. -
