I'm trying to get a new version of Forge Multipart in my modpack, but when I start the modpack, it yells at me for having more than one Forge Multipart. I found this was because CB's Deploader was downloading an older version of Multipart. How do I stop this?

I've been trying to upload a modpack to the launcher for like two hours now, and when I put in the link for the download, and I try and download it off the launcher, it says that there was an error downloading a file from the modpack after getting to 99%.
