I've been having this issue with versions 3.0.0b and 3.0.0c. It's pointing to an issue with the "LibSandstone" mod required by "Reliquary". You can try deleting the "LibSandstone-1.0.0.jar" in "/modpacks/hexxit/mods/1.7.10". Reliquary should automatically install the latest version of LibSandstone. If that doesn't work, just use an older version of Hexxit such as the recommended version, and wait for the mod makers to fix this.
