Please try your request again in a few minutes. This situation takes from a few days. If I use a link from DropBox everything is ok but i do not want to use DropBox

Greetings I have a problem which I do not know how to solve it. I dug a forum and have not found anything useful about it. I wanted to create Modpack and made available for through technic Laucher. My host is copy.com. Every time I gives a direct link for Modpack location on the panel technicpack I received an error I used the link https://copy.com/LtKIMhj2LTCldEwM/Ultimate Mod Survival VL.zip?download=1 What should I do to make this work? Please help
