No, I am using Internet Explorer. But I found it.

That's where it should be because everything else I have downloaded from the internet is in there. I've downloaded Technic again to see if it says the location but it doesn't seem to say. :/

@‌Munaus I have downloaded it but it just opens Technic. When I close it, it disappears and I cant find it in my downloads, start bar, or home screen (Yes I mean desktop)

I am very new to Technic and I have very little idea on how it works. What I am wondering is how I can get Technic to be saved to my home screen? Sorry if this is really easy to do and I am just being dumb. Also sorry if this is the wrong forum to post this in.
