I removed telepads, there was only a 1.6.4 and a 1.8 version, no 1.7.10 version. also how can I remove _MACOSX if I cant see it (Im currently on a mac)

I changed the forge universal jar to modpack.jar and got rid of (1) and coremods, I didnt find any folder named "_MACOSX" It still doesnt work :/

So, I created a modpack called TheBananaPack and put in some cool mods and stuff, but when I launch the mod through the launcher its just vanilla minecraft. Can someone tell me what I did wrong?
