Yeah sorry I didn't know where this should go so I thought it was alright to post it in two places. What does 'Moving to Platform Pagoda.' mean? And where should I post this question?

Me and a friend got Tekkit and I host a Tekkit Server. We wanted IndustrialCraft in so we downloaded it for our clients and I also got the mod for the server. But when we went to make the electronic circuits, we realised we can't make copper cables. The copper cable recipe doesn't appear on Not Enough Items, when I try to craft it using the recipe from the website it doesn't work and that's my problem. If anyone has any ideas as to why this is please comment why or more helpfully a solution. We're using Tekkit from the Technic Launcher with IndustrialCraft added in (It doesn't come with normal Tekkit)
