Alright..my dynamic lights issue is fixed but the question still remains as to where i put forge multipart

Thank you so much! A couple of questions though.. 1. I can't find my old forge multipart, and when i get the new one, where should it go? 2.WHen I try to extract dynamiclights nothing happens

So, I tried making a custom modpack, mainly as a test since this is my first time. Whenever I load it up on the technic launcher, it only loads vanilla minecraft.
