ok i made a .jar file now it crashes 5 seconds after i click play

i put in 1 instead of 0 but now it loads vanilla minecraft

so i wanted to create a custom modpack and when i try to install it sais error downloading a file for the following pack: monkeydognose failed to download https://www.dropbox.com/s/5ww4sk5yckr4d4u/modpack.zip?dl=0 please consult the modpack author
