Fixed it By Installing Java 7 instead of 8 , weird though because it was working with 8 at first :/

I've tried running as administrator and i've tried reinstalling Java so far can't click the launcher still, is the Launcher not updated to the latest version of Java or? Can't click on any buttons inside the launcher , was working before had some Mods downloaded and was playing, then closed and reopened and it did not work. I deleted the .technic folder to see if I could redownload but I still cannot click anything on the Launcher though left clicking works everywhere else. Image of error (GIF) http://imgur.com/IGYDhK1
