Thanks for the reply, but i have already done those things. I have tried taking it out with a wooden pipe and an engine, and have set the frequency to the same, set the configuration to what you have said and have tried all the redstone controls. As the screenshots show, I have also tried using chests on top of the output tesseract, but the items are still not going into the input tesseract, and instead spitting the items out of the side of the pipe. Bothe chunks are loaded with dimensional anchors.

They are spitting items out the side instead of going into the input tesseract. I have tried using item ducts, but they don't work either.

For some reason my tesseracts won't work and i can't figure why. I have looked at the forums extensively. Screenshots below. I am trying to get items from my chests to a sorting chest system. http://imgur.com/a/zz87O
