new world dosnt work so i have no idea whats wrong.. it sorta works it blows up 10% of times

portals didnt work either but i had 1 plugin. I removed the plugin and changed server and that works but explosions still dosnt work im gonna try transfering stuff to another world and see if it works. I'll post the results here.

I have a private tekkit server but explosions are disabled. Creepers and tnt still blow up but itnt, nukes, nova bombs dosnt work. (Basically all mod explosives) anyone know what's wrong?
