Snazalater

I recently started a new server and everything was going fantastic, butttttttttt when I shut the server down and try to launch it again later, no one can connect to it even though i havent changed anything at all. Please help me because i had a lot of diamonds and was going to make a quarry thing and i want to make it. Thanks
