I have tried: Reinstalling technic (Deleting the folder + mods then re-installing)
Uninstalling all my java version and getting the latest version of java 64 bit
Turned off anti-virus
Allowed it through my firewall
went through the logs and added different thing that the program says are not there
rebooted my computer (did this multiple times)
