NEVERMIND! I figured it out AFTER deleting my save. Gahdamnit.

When I go into fullscreen in Tekkit Legends it does a really weird 3/4 screen thing and I can't do much about it beside un-fullscreen. Is there anyway to fix this? I really want to pllay this in fullscreen. Please Help. Ps: The 3/4 screen thing gets rid of a chunk of both right and bottom screen almost like zooming in. I'm sorry if this is to vague to be helped. Now everything in the game is going nuts. What the hell is going on?!?
