Ok, some reason this happened to me when one of the modpack's i play updated causing for my textures to be messed up. Also it's not optifine, it was like this before i downloaded it. The problem with the textures is that only the 5 block radius around me has regular textures and everything farther than that is glitchy and all my blocks in my inventory are glitchy with flashing textures. Please help, any help is welcomed. It's lupus nor is it Optifine.
