Edit Needed to get the report away but dont now how to remove post

The voltz server download is extremely outdated so i tried taking The Con fig, Core mods and mods from Voltz mod pack but when i start the server everything seems to work fine except. the part of milenaire is that it dosnt spawn towns and when you press 'v' nothing happends this is one of the keymods me and my friends want to have plz help

so the server works its just that mileniar dosnt but iw ant that so hard it is one of the reasons i wanted to create this modpack why dont it work?

the problem is for me its vanilla or atleast i cant see any updates in chat and when i press v i will not see the milleniare thing no known village 2km

I am sorry i put it here but i was a bit confused at the forum pages. and i dont really now what the config folders are for. and i am sorry for the link. should i be deleting the config files i dont really know if you need them?
