It says delete and install but everytime i install it it stays the same ive redownloaded it and deleted the voltz file i need a fix help please

Okay so i was playing Voltz today, and it crashed then i reset it but now i cant play it the technic launcher says its downloaded but it says install intead of play could you help me out, From Alpha
