I started a new world and the same thing happened when I put a stone pipe on a quarry Is any one else getting this problem because it looks like I cant place pipes on machines or my game will crash EDIT: I cant place any pipe anywhere without my game crashing and being unable to reload the world any ideas whats wrong?

I put a wooden waterproof pipe on top of a pump and my game crashed and now when I try to load up the word it says loading then crashes. Any ideas how to fix this and if not where do I report bugs?
