I've been thinking about going with a full on logistics factory with AE storage. Anyone have any pointers?

They could sell coffee and muffins in the morning and tea and scones around midday. Then, in the afternoon maybe a little special potion?

So if I wanted to set up a quad quarry what is the best way you guys have found? i.e. Item routing, power management, storage.
