Wouldn't running as administrator override any security? Regardless it has full permissions when I go to properties, and there isn't an unblock button in sight :/

That's part of the issue, there is no crash log. Correct me if I'm wrong but the directory is roaming, %appdata%, technic, logs.

That didn't work either. I'm assuming you mean the runtime version.

Whenever I click the launcher .exe nothing happens. I'll get the windows loading circle for half a second and then nothing. I have let my computer sit for 20 minutes waiting for something to happen to no avail. I am running on a Windows 10 laptop and the launcher has worked in the past. I've already tried, redownloading, launching as administrator, launching from %appdata%, and changing directories. I would post a bug report but there aren't any available.
