How is that normal? It seems like it's a problem and something won't be available. I don't mean to challenge you, I'd just like to understand. Also, as noted, we ended up with a bunch of gravel in the nether which is clearly wrong.

Title: ID conflict on Tekkit 3.1.2 both on fresh install and upgrade from 3.0.4 Version: 3.1.2 OS: Windows 8 Java Version: Version 7 Update 5 Description of Problem: Several messages which seem like errors where ID conflicts are announced. This ha ppened on a server which I updated from 3.0.4 to 3.1.2 and we observed real ID conflicts like some blocks in the nether being turned into gravel. I also tried a fresh 3.1.2 server (see below) and the same conflict messages appear. I am not sure if this is an error but it reads like it is. IC2 items are tripping balls with their sound effects (at least in Tekkit 2.x). You can disable the sounds in your local client config file. IndustrialCraft: open your .minecraft folder. There is a folder called “config”, inside is a file called “IC2.cg”. Open it in a plain text editor and look for the line “soundsEnabled=true”, change it to “soundsEnabled=false”. Restart your client. Redpower: also inside your .minecraft folder is another folder called “redpower” with a file inside called “redpower.cfg”. Near the very bottom is a line “logic.enableSounds=1”, change this to “logic.enableSounds=0” and save. Restart your client.
