Hey, I was having the same problem and found a fix. It is your AV that is preventing you from connecting, and though I am using norton, I believe it should be a similar process to fix. For me, I opened my AV and went to the settings. Then I found the exclusions tab and selected an option called 'Items to exclude from Auto-Protect, SONAR and Download Intelligence Detection. Though the wording may be different on your AV, you should get the general idea and be able to find something along those lines. The file you want to exclude is the .techniclauncher folder in AppData. (I also excluded the techniclauncher.exe, but am not sure if it is necessary...) Launcher/Pack Version: Tekkit 2.1 Operating System: Windows 7 64 bit Version of Java: v7 64 bit Description of Problem: My friend cannot connect to my server anymore even when on my network. Error Messages: Can't Reach Server Link to pastebin of log: http://pastebin.com/ve5iQumb My server has been working well for the past month or so, but it has recently stopped. I am able to connect on the machine running the server using Localhost and the internal IP, but I am unable to connect using the external IP from any computer. I have port forwarded correctly as it was working until recently. I have not changed any settings, changed Java, Firewall, or the ports in any way. I have tried resetting the ports, shutting down the firewall, re-adding java as an exeption to the firewall, redownloading the server, restarting my computer, and nothing has worked. Edit: I fixed this problem by going into my port-forwarding settings and set the To IP Address option to the static IP address I had reserved for the computer running the server in the DHPC reservation. I hope this helps anyone else who comes across this problem.
