i downloaded the tekkit legends server made by CanVox so i'm assuming it should have everything. The issue is something with ic2 but they have the same version and everything

I played just fine on the single player version and now i want to move that world to a multiplayer server so that my friends can help me build the world. The problem is that when I move the world over to the server, it says that I'm missing copper and tin ores. I've confirmed it before and it gets rid of those blocks in the game.
