I Never seen anything stating i couldn't ask about the plugins or help with the plugins i feel i was unfairly "warned"

I went to install this plugin it installed fine by as op im not getting the border area to let me know it's really working the commands work fine and tho also the chest thing isn't working either do i need to install another plugins with this one to work?

Have a Tekkit server it's doing well and like usual someone came on and griefed looking at the log it was logged under BuildCraft my qustion is can any BuildCraft item be used to greifed plz help! D: i my beautiful server!
