technic launcher disappears for 2 seconds after launch then reappears

I also have this problem :'( I have tried uninstalling java and reinstalling it(64 bit) I have removed every technic file in my roaming folder and reinstalled the launcher. but it hasn't fixed anything. I noticed that i didin't have a .techniclauncher file in my roaming folder. is this normal?
