Ah - there is my problem - it does still say "install" - that explains why the install step went so quickly! Soi, my problem is actually that it didn't install when I clicked the install button. Any ideas why (no error message appears, just the progress bar for install appears at the bottom of the window briefly, then disappears.

I have downloaded the launcher & run it (on mac) I installed "attach of the b team". There is no button to launch minecraft. If I start minecraft from the minecraft launcher, the mod is not there. What am I missing?
