Technic Launcher not letting me start any modpacks

My java and my drivers are all updated, I reinstalled as many as I could, and I reinstalled the launcher. It shuts down the pack immediately when I try to open one. Included is the link to the pastebin and the screenshot of my JAVA. https://pastebin.com/Lq8wirEc
