does that mean i should just name the file modpack? and also do you suggest i go and redownload everything from liked cursed or something?

When i start up the modpack for technic it just loads up normal minecraft i have the files in there and everything with the bin config and mods heres the dropbox link https://www.dropbox.com/s/0m2blslio2ftsep/get this bread.zip?dl=0 its named get this bread cause i've been workin all day to get this done but i've got no clue at this point
