Launching Any Modpack in Offline Mode Is Not Working

Same thing happened with me... I'm not sure but it might have something to do with an update being available, giving a malfunction in the code. If you're a little familiar with code the technic launcher and minecraft both have pretty accessible code, given that it's from java too.
